Game on Whitehorse: Paris Games 2024

Come celebrate the 2024 Paris Games with us!

From 28 July - 12 August we're hosting an exciting series of FREE classes, workshops and come and try sessions across Whitehorse. Activities are running at both Aqualink centres, Sportlink and The Nunawading Community Hub, check out what's on offer! 

Sportlink Activities:

Badminton
We're serving up free access to the badminton courts. Come on down to Sportlink on the following dates and have a hit:

  • Wednesday, 31 July: 11am-1pm (Court 2)
  • Wednesday, 7 August: 11am-1pm (Court 4)
  • Wednesday, 14 August: 11am-1pm (Court 2)

Table Tennis (5 Tables)
Get in on some table tennis action, enjoy free access to the tables on the following dates:

  • Sunday, 4 August: 1pm-3pm (Community room and Crèche)
  • Sunday, 11 August: 1pm-3pm (Community room and Crèche areas)

Important Details:

  • No bookings required - first in first served.
  • You're welcome to bring your own equipment, we will also have some provided
  • Visit reception before heading to the courts
  • To ensure everyone has a chance to play, please limit your session to one hour

Free Come and Try Activities

Aqualink Activities:

Game on Whitehorse continues at Aqualink! You can:

  • Cycle along with the pro's
  • Attend power lifting and Olympic lifting workshops
  • Try water polo and fencing 
  • Extended dive boards opening hours
  • Make a splash in some themed aerobic classes
  • All ability Flex and Stretch Classes
  • Boxing Technique Sessions
